Food For Thought is a 5 to 6 minute radio documentary which airs on CBC Radio One stations across Canada. Food For Thought was nominated in 2000 and 2004 for a James Beard Culinary Award. The people, foods and beverages I feature in the documentaries can come from anywhere in Canada and around the world. Since I started doing the show I've aired reports from India, Japan, Mexico, Australia, France and Italy, just to name a few of the countries I've been fortunate enough to visit.

So Much On My Plate is a brand new segment on a brand new show, All Points West. All Points West is a CBC Radio One program based in Victoria, and heard throughout British Columbia, except for the traditional Vancouver-Lower Mainland-Whistler listening region. This show airs twice monthly on Friday afternoons between 4:45 and 5pm. I'll chat with host Jo-Ann Roberts about fresh, seasonal ingredients you can use on the weekend to make simple and delicious meals, and all the recipes will be found on this website. If you miss the show, you can go to the All Points West website at http://vancouver.cbc.ca/allpointswest/ to hear what you missed.
